Welcome to Beam Class Creator! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beam Class Creator app ("App"), operated by Beam Class Creator ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
1.2. Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
1.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
App Usage
2.1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User-Generated Content
3.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, such as videos, images, or class materials ("User Content").
3.2. License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
3.3. Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Subscriptions and Payments
4.1. Free and Paid Features: The App offers free access to certain features. To access additional features, you must purchase a subscription.
4.2. Subscription Plans: You can choose between monthly or yearly subscription plans. All payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store your payment details.
4.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.4. Refunds: No refunds are provided for canceled subscriptions, except during the 7-day free trial period.
Intellectual Property
5.1. App Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and content, are owned by us or our licensors.
5.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Termination
6.1. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
6.2. By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Dispute Resolution
